Enjoyed having the break on Sunday, but did keep up with the sits, reads and affirmations. I was able to get on the group zoom calls twice now on Weds.
Working on getting caught up on the Ultimate Learning Hack webinars and Finding My Purpose Webinars. I persist until I succeed!
I still need to work on my mental diet. The longest time I’ve managed to make it is 2 1/2 days. But I start over again, make the effort again, even after I mess up during the day. I’m still much more positive than I used to be, even if I’m not making it through the entire day as positive.
I always keep my promises!
