Enjoyed my week of looking for kindness. What you focus on grows. So I am continuing to remind myself of the mental diet and reminding myself to keep watching for kindness and be kind. That will help me focus on being positive and keep what I do want in my thoughts.
Just like Haanel says in Week 16 “If our thought is constructive and harmonious, we manifest good; if it is destructive and discordant, we manifest evil.” So of course, it’s so important to keep my focus on good, happy, constructive thoughts. And looking for and being kind is only the start!
